Culture Certification

Appreciation at Work™ Certified Workplace

A verified mark of excellence in workplace culture. It confirms your organization is one where employees feel genuinely valued, respected, and engaged.

Why It Matters

Every Company Says They Have a Great Culture

Candidates have learned to discount it. So have employees.

What they can't discount is a measured result. The Certified Workplace program surveys your people anonymously, scores how appreciated they actually feel, shows you where the gaps are, and certifies you when you meet the standard.

The badge is the visible part. The measurement underneath it is what changes anything.

In Their Words

Teams that Made Appreciation a Habit

As a business owner, I've learned that performance and culture are deeply connected. We're a high-performance agency, but we never want to lose the human side of leadership. Appreciation at Work is helping us be more intentional about how we recognize our people, not just for results, but for who they are and how they contribute. We now have a language and structure to build a healthier, more connected company.
